Crown Shy
In the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, James Kent (NoMad, Eleven Madison Park) and Jeff Katz (Del Posto) teamed up to create a 120-seat restaurant on the ground floor of the landmark 70 Pine skyscraper. Crown Shy was born and awarded a Michelin star only months after opening. With a lively front and back of house, the brand identity is inspired by Kent's NYC upbringing flush with Nike and hip-hop icons.
